One of the key success factors of supply chain management (SCM) is inter-organizational relations controlling and coordination. Investigation on the literature shows that there is a gap in theoretical foundation for illustrating this kind of interactions. One of its solution is using of theories in other fields which are conformable in SCM. In this research four inter-organizational theories (Principal- Agent Theories, transaction cost analysis; the network theory; and the resource-based view) based on the literature are considered. The aim is determine their importance and preference upon proper theory evaluation criteria for development theoretical foundation of SCM according to this research. The research was descriptive-survey based on the experts’ viewpoint with the use of Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). As a result, “reality” and “logical consistency” have the upset weight for the theories’ evaluation. In theories evaluation, “transaction cost analysis” and “the resource-based view “were more appropriate than two others. Manuscript profile

A direct impact of financial resources on how to make decisions in all levels has led to modeling and optimizing financial flows in supply chains in last years. Also, considering the development of global markets and the move of companies towards globalization, the study of financial factors in this area has importance. The purpose of this research is to develop a MILP model with simultaneous focusing on financial and physical flows in a global supply chain. The main innovation of this research is the financial and physical flow integrated optimization in a global chain, which so far has not been studied in the financial literature. In this study, the effect of exchange rate fluctuations on financial variables and a total profit of the chain has been investigated. to show the model's efficiency, a sample problem and random data are used. The results indicate that an increasing exchange rate by 0.1 unit, will increase about six percentage of profit. Also, the exchange rate fluctuations cause significant changes in financial factors. In recently years, the importance of environmental and social performances of industries beside their economic performance resulted in formation of a new concept and approach that is named sustainability. In today’s competitive world, different industries to achieve a competitive advantage and maintain their survival, needs to move towards achieving sustainability approach. The main problem is that, the implementation of this approach is simply not possible, and there are several barriers in this way. To deal with this, need to identify and understand the critical success factors. This study aimed to identify and analysis the critical success factors in implementation of sustainable supply chain management in the automotive industry. This paper proposes an interpretive structural modeling (ISM) approach to develop a structural model for evaluating the influential factors among recognized factors. After literature review, the 16 factors based on experts opinions have been selected. In presented research results, the factor of “top management commitment and support” is identified as the most effective and the factor of “Knowledge of competitive advantage” is identified as the most dependent critical success factor. The supply chain management debate is one of the most important discussions in the organizations. But there are many social, economic, and environmental problems encouraging organizations to use sustainable supply chain management. Because the sustainable supply chain is to improve the long-term supply chain performance to address the social, economic, and environmental problems of the traditional supply chain. Given that supply chains have grown rapidly in recent years, only paying attention to economic performance for cost optimization cannot lead to sustainable development in the supply chain, therefore, the impact of various activities involved in the supply chain on social life and Environmental issues that lead to sustainable development should also be considered. In this research, the goal of evaluation and ranking of sustainable supply chain suppliers is using the data envelopment analysis method. First of all, using previous studies in this area, we first identify the important variables of choosing sustainable supply chain suppliers according to the economic, environmental and social measures for the District 6 water and sewage company. Subsequently, according to an interview with experts in this area, we reduced the indexes. Finally, DEA models were ranked by the suppliers of sustainable supply chain water and sewage companies in District 6 of Tehran as a statistical population. Manuscript profile

Because green practices are very common in industrial environments and have affected on performance. The present study investigates the effect of green supply chain management measures on performance and competitiveness in Chadormelo iron ore mine. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of analytical method. The statistical population of this study is the managers and organizational experts of Chadormelo Iron Ore Company (317 people), of which 180 people were selected as a sample by simple random sampling method.Data collection tools were a localized questionnaire based on the research of Yang et al. (2013) and Younes et al. (2016).The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the validity criterion and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient.Structural equation modeling and PLS software were used to analyze the data. The test of research hypotheses with the help of structural equation modeling showed that internal measures and external collaborations of green supply chain management are related to green performance and competitiveness of the company. Also, the relationship between both green supply chain management departments and the company's social performance was confirmed. On the other hand, the relationship between competitiveness and corporate social performance was positive and significant. In addition, the mediating role of competitiveness in the relationship between green supply chain management and social performance was only confirmed in terms of internal measures and external participation. Finally, it can be said that internal measures and external partnerships of green supply chain management in Chadormelo Company strengthen the company's social performance. Despite the interest of prospective managers and researchers, the implementation of green supply chain management in the country's dairy industry has not been satisfactory. The real challenge for the country's managers is to prioritize the implementation of green supply chain management to achieve the best possible advantage in the implementation of green supply chain management in the country's dairy industry. In this paper, the effect of external pressures and internal motivation on the company's performance with respect to the role of acceptance of green supply chain management in the dairy industry. The statistical population of the study is dairy companies in Iran in which 82 managers of the company were analyzed as a sample. The non-probability and available sampling method and data collection tool was a questionnaire. Structural equation modeling and SmartPLS software were used to analyze the data. The research findings show that market pressures and suppliers are effective in accepting green supply chain management in the dairy industry. In addition, it was found that the adoption of green supply chain management in the dairy industry has an impact on environmental, operational and economic performance. However, the effect of controlling pressures on the acceptance of green supply chain management in the dairy industry was not confirmed. The research results highlight the managerial commitment and the key role of suppliers in the successful adoption of green supply chain management Manuscript profile
